After our team has identified and documented your key requirements, a mapping process begins that matches the needs of your organization to available product offerings. During this process, our hands-on expertise with the leading CPM packages will prove invaluable to your organization.
Working with your organization, we will arrive with a short-list of potential vendors and solicit demos from the respective parties. Throughout the vendor demo process, we will score the prospective solutions using a propriety system that weighs key factors that are critical in guiding you towards the right choice. Finally, we will provide documentation detailing the pros and cons of our recommendations as well as schedule follow up meetings to assess and construct the business case with key stakeholders.
